Guthrie, OK is one of our favorite towns to ride to from Stillwater. We are grateful to be partnering with the Guthrie Chamber of Commerce and Hoboken Coffee to welcome the 100-mile Land Run 100 riders to their historic downtown for the halfway point this year. The charm of this town is undeniable, and its citizens have generously supported the Land Run 100 with their hospitality. Support crews are invited to stage here. Live music and food trucks will be on hand.

History

First known as a railroad station stop, after the April 1889 land run, Guthrie immediately gained 10,000 new residents who began to develop the town. It was rapidly improved and was designated as the territorial capital, and in 1907 as the first state capital of Oklahoma. - wikipedia
