When is the Expo?
Friday, March 15, 2019.
10 a.m.-6 p.m. Set up begins at 8 a.m.
Husband Street in Downtown Stillwater, next to District Bicycles.
Riders meetings take place directly in front of the expo area Friday afternoon.
What’s so great about our expo?
Land Run 100 has achieved national and international recognition, with riders coming from across across the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and South America, which offers a unique opportunity to showcase brands before a diverse audience.
Land Run 100 brought more than 2,000 riders, runners, spectators and support crew to Stillwater in 2018, and has 1,700 riders and runners registered for 2019, many of whom will bring friends and family to Stillwater with them.
Land Run 100 is March 16, 2019, kicking off the 2019 cycling season. This is a prime chance to showcase what’s coming out this year to cyclists and endurance athletes.
Land Run 100 has been described as the “ugliest” race ever. It’s muddy. It’s cold. It’s gravely. It’s dusty. It’s nasty. It’s ugly. It’s a great chance to debut or field test products such as wheels, tires, shoes and more.
Land Run 100 offers a captive audience, with more than 1,500 cyclists and runners attending the expo and other event activities on Friday.
What else do I need to know?
Expo spaces are sold in 10x10’ sections, big enough for a popup tent.
Each expo spot is $500.
Expo registration includes one comp’d entry into the event and industry-wide exposure throughout the event weekend.
Deadline to register for the expo is Jan. 15, 2019.
If you want to leave your booth up for Saturday during the event, it must be manned. If you are planning to ride the event and no one is available to operate your booth, it is your responsibility to tear down and store your booth items and tent Friday evening after the expo closes.
Land Run 100 will hire a security guard to patrol the expo area Friday night.
Empty or unmanned booths remaining on Saturday will be removed from the expo area to make room for Jeep Club SAG parking and rider drop-off.
